I dropped off my favorite pair of heels last week, and I was beyond pleased with the results! They were starting to show some wear and tear, but now they look fabulous again. The staff was super nice and really attentive to my needs. They even asked if I wanted any specific treatments. One minor critique would be that the shop could use a bit more signage—it took me a minute to find it. However, once inside, the service was top-notch! I’ll be returning for sure!

After trying a few different places for shoe repairs, I finally found this hidden gem! I had a pair of sneakers that I thought were beyond saving, but the team here worked wonders. They managed to fix the sole and even cleaned them up, making them look brand new. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain the repairs to me, which I found very reassuring. The turnaround time was impressive; I had my shoes back in just a couple of days. The only thing I’d say could be improved is the shop's visibility from the main road. I almost drove past it! But once you find it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the service and results. I’m definitely coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a local shoe repair shop that I cannot recommend enough! I brought in my favorite pair of leather boots that had seen better days, with scuffed toes and worn-out heels. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to discuss what I wanted done. They explained the entire process and even offered suggestions that I hadn’t considered. I was amazed at how quickly they worked; I dropped them off one day and was told they’d be ready the next. When I went to pick them up, I could hardly believe the transformation! The scuffs were gone, and they looked brand new. The pricing was very reasonable too, especially given the quality of the work. My only tiny suggestion would be to maybe have a clearer indication of their opening hours. I got there and wasn’t quite sure when they’d open, but thankfully someone arrived shortly after. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’ve already recommended this place to friends who have similarly loved shoes needing some TLC. I’ll definitely be returning for any future shoe repairs. A five-star experience for sure!
